This beta helps you turn a PDF or screenshot into an editable list of calendar events, then download an ICS file. There is no payment, subscription or calendar account connection in this version.

Review before you import

AI can miss events or get dates, people and times wrong. Compare every selected event with the source, including its year, time zone and end date, before marking it reviewed. The export checks file structure and the values you reviewed; it does not prove the original document was interpreted correctly. Importing a file twice may create duplicates in your calendar.

Availability

Cloud extraction has a per-connection rate limit. AI extraction also has shared daily and per-connection daily limits; failed AI requests may still count toward those allowances. Supported PDF calendars read directly from text do not consume the AI allowance. There is no uptime or accuracy guarantee, and the free beta may change or stop. Manual entry and editing do not consume the cloud extraction allowance.

Your material

Keep the rights to documents you submit. Upload only material you are allowed to process with this service. Do not send unlawful content or attempt to defeat the service limits. We do not claim ownership of your documents or calendar files.

When direct PDF text extraction is unavailable, AI extraction uses Llama 4 through Cloudflare Workers AI. Llama 4 is licensed under the Llama 4 Community License, Copyright © Meta Platforms, Inc. All Rights Reserved. The model is not distributed with this website.

Browser libraries and unmodified covered source are listed in the third-party notices.
